Here's my second flute reel for the make noise morhpagene. This is how far i've came over the past few months in my playing and despite a few slip ups here and there i'm quite pleased with how i'm able to make it sound now. Would love to hear what people do with these samples as it is quite humbling to know my playing is in people's modular systems across the globe.

A tense but pretty still athmosphere created with a number of tools by me. Got some subtle movement in it and consists of several major parts. If you need a particular section of it, then use volume, proximity vst and reverb automation to smooth edges out. You can listen to my music at http://vospi. Com/.

Side b from a microcassette i found in an old answering machine on 04/08/2017. A few more tones and test recordings followed by a long conversation between two women that takes up the majority of the runtime. I left in a little blank space for noise reduction purposes should anyone need to do so. ". . . You can't spend your life being unhappy, it. . . It just doesn't work. . . I don't have a modular system to speak of but after watching some of divkids videos i realised my xiao could sound really nice in an ambient eurorack setup. Anyway, here's a few improv sections on my flute, only been playing 4 weeks so pardon the few bum notes. Make of it what you will but would love to hear what people come up with. I only use a triple osc and i took an advantage of the several asio bugs of my soundcard. I don't mix the sound. I've re-recorded that shape 17 times, after that, i applied massive echo and reverb filters. 3 osc, echo, reverb, compressor. For this record, i've deleted the major part of the notes. Some new settings of the echo filter, are applied.

January 30, 2014. A major ice storm moves in to the east coast of the united states. Sitting in a small cabin in the woods of north carolina, the sound of ice particles (sleet) hitting a stove-pipe can be heard. It's cold. It's bleak. The power has just cut off. Sitting on the floor with a zoom h4n, i recorded the soundscape. Enjoy!. - christopher c. Courter.

I used to work security at an apartment in a major college town so i had quite a few opportunities to catch some action. I'm not going to reveal the name of the city or town i was in for obvious privacy reasons. This was one of my best catches. Her sexy moans makes her sound like a porn star and if i'm not mistaken, i think she was getting anal. It sounded like she said "fuck me in the ass" at least twice, maybe three times throughout the recording.

Good King Wenceslaus, is an 1853 English Christmas carol, set to the melody of "Tempus adest floridum" a thirteenth-century Latin carol for spring. It is here performed by the chorus of U.S. Army Band "Pershing's Own", led by Colonel Thomas Rotondi, Jr. (Leader & Commander) and CSM Debra L. McGarity (Command Sergeant Major) c. 2010. However, only verses 1, 3, and 5 are performed, giving it a somewhat disjointed storyline, which is very unfortunate.
Author: Tune is 13th century, first published in the 1582 Finnish song collection Piae Cantiones. Lyrics are by John Mason Neale (1818-1866), in collaboration with Thomas Helmore (1811-1890}. The mechanical noise and signature "chord" associated with the "mac mini (2010 model)" upon startup/boot. Brief mechanical motor and clicking noises followed by the famed sustained f sharp major chord (detuned 30 cents flat) being projected over low quality, built-in speakers. Mechanical noise has defined pitch and is predominantly in the mid-high frequencies. Recorded on zoom h2n, in small, empty room. Audio clip normalized in post-processing.

Piano Roll recording of Scott Joplin playing "Maple Leaf Rag" in 1916. The original Piano Roll had been scanned and converted to a MIDI file by PlayerRoll, but the work remains in the public domain. This is one of a number of rare recordings by Joplin. It also demonstrates the deterioration of his health, specifically its impact on his piano playing. Midi conversion by PlayerRoll, and found at: http://www.pianola.co.nz. Re-recorded as audio by Major Bloodnok using Cubase with a different piano sound. Slight echo added.

A wonderful background of a busy college campus during finals week. I love how the scattered fragments of conversation show inspiration in young people. You will also hear some beautiful wind, footsteps, and some recently arrived spring migrants who are just as excited about the new semester and the humans. Recorded in april of 2017 in a beautiful wooded walking path in the middle of a major midwest university. Listen, enjoy, and think back to the times when we were young, and excited about the future. . . . About learning new things. . . . I find this snapshot quite inspiring and invigorating. Recorded with sound devices 702 and the amazing audio technica bp4025 stereo microphone.

A hot summers day in the deep swedish forest. Recorded with zoom h5 with two dpa 4060 mounted in a ab stereo fashion. Birds chatting and bugs flying by is major elements in this field recording. Decided not to remove to much of the bugs in post because i felt it might suck out the soul of the recording. In post: in pro tools i removed some low rumble, and and trimmed the highs just a little bit. Added a "pro expander" to lower some noise, both generated by the h5 and the location. Hope you like it.

Musical scale called "Ishartum" by Lou Harrison, often called the "Flamenco mode", in Pythagorean tuning on E, as follows: (by fifths) F-, C-, G-, D-, A, E, B (F♯+, C♯+, G♯+, and D♯+), or (in order) E (1/1), F- (256/243), G- (32/27), A (4/3), B (3/2), C- (128/81), D (16/9), E (2/1), with G♯+ being 81/64 and D#+ being 729/512. The final F- has an augmented sixth chord, B7b5/F (B D# F A), which resolves to a major chord that touches on the minor third.

Plane- it’s difficult to get good recordings of planes taking off these days. There’s always major streets or highways close by which results in a bunch of unwanted traffic noise. It’s difficult to find a good vantage point to set up because there’s hardly any public parking with unobstructed sight lines (or in my case hearing lines) to the planes. Plus, with all the extra security measures in place these days, how suspicious would i look setting up a laptop andsome cables and some other electronic equipment in the general area of the runway?but i managed to get this recording. It’s not spectacular, but it’s ok. There’s some worker truck at the end of it which gets in the way, but doesn’t ruin it.
